SHIPPING FROM:

All the shipments will be despatched for deliveries from Bengaluru Centralised warehouse only post confirmation of payment. We don’t ship on COD Basis.

IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON SHIPMENTS:

In light of the current global shipping situation with many Courier and Logistics companies has shut operations. Very few are operating with few staff and minimal operationsIndoPilates (Indosys) and/or our carrier partners cannot be held responsible for, or make compensation for unforeseen delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include transit  delays, vehicle breakdown, any kind of law and order issues enroute  or inclement weather and natural disasters.

 

TRANSPORTATION MODE:

All the equipment, accessories shall be sent by surface transport, small accessories are sent by Courier and Cargo Services.
 

Big equipment is sent by surface transport only with reputed Cargo Services.

Multiple Reformers & accessories, Studio Packages shall be despatched through dedicated truck to the Client site.

 

IMPORTANT GUIDANCE TO CUSTOMERS: 

Upon delivery, we request you to inspect your order and note any shipping damage to the outer box/skid on the carrier’s waybill prior to signing for receipt of the order. If you appoint someone to sign for your order on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of this requirement and are over 18 years of age.
In case of any damage to product or missing/incorrect items must be reported to by mail or Phone WhatsApp to the company designated number within five (5) business days of receipt.
The company will not be responsible for damage to your order that is not reported and noted on the waybill. Please use care when opening your freight. Box cutters should not be used as they may damage the upholstered parts of your equipment. 
For Large Equipment we request you to not to open the boxes. The Installation Technician shall visit and open the same and inspect before beginning the Installation Process.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINES: 

DVDs, Mats , Manuals and Accessories

Metro Cities: Small and mid-sized items (DVDs, Flex-Band exercisers, Mini Stability Balls, Fitness Circle® resistance rings, education manuals, etc.) are shipped via standard service courier and should arrive within approximately 3–5 business days.

Tier 2 Cities: Small and mid-sized items (DVDs, Flex-Band exercisers, Mini Stability Balls, Fitness Circle® resistance rings, education manuals, etc.) are shipped via standard postal service and should arrive within approximately 6–8 business days.

Boarder States & Cities: Small and mid-sized items (DVDs, Flex-Band exercisers, Mini Stability Balls, Fitness Circle resistance rings, education manuals, etc.) are shipped via any available service courier and should arrive within approximately 10–12 business days

 

REFORMERS AND LARGE EQUIPMENT

Metro Cities: Large Equipment shall be delivered in 5 – 7 Days

Tier 2 Cities: Large Equipment shall be delivered in 7 – 9  Days

Boarder States & Cities: Large Equipment shall be delivered in 10 – 12  Days


DELIVERY OPTIONS

When placing your order for Large Equipment and  Large Quantity of Accessories you will be advised of your delivery options:

  • Deliveries are processed by the Transport carriers You  may need to assist the carrier in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that two people are available to assist with unpacking and carrying into the premises. Either the shipment can be opened by you or can wait for the technician to visit for Installation.
  • During Delivery the delivery confirmation will be received from the client or the person at location also please don’t forget to mention the condition of the Delivery  If any damage of Box please mention in the Acknowledgement and take a pic .

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 

Free Delivery is included for one scheduled delivery attempt. If the transporter  attempts to make the delivery at the appointed time and you are not present, a re-delivery fee will apply. Fees and policies vary from carrier to carrier and will be the responsibility of the consignee. The Transport  will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is generally done during regular business hours. If available, after-hour or weekend deliveries will be subject to additional fees. Additional charges for stairs and unusual conditions (e.g. narrow passageways, remote locations) may also apply. Please make us aware in advance so that the freight quote may be adjusted accordingly. Carrier storage fees may apply in the event you delay or postpone your delivery after scheduling it. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
